Renter must read and electronically sign the rental agreement in the link sent to them by owner upon booking and sign it within 3 days of booking or your booking will be cancelled as required by house rules and VHR Permit.

Violation of the El Dorado County Rental Ordinance is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. No excessive noise allowed at any time.

Renter shall fully comply with rental agreement and check in/ check out instructions. Including not make any alterations in or about the Premises.
