Highly recommended, for 6 people, the house is very well organized for your stay, well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for family cooking. The beds are very comfortable, clean sheets, soft comforters and enough towels, living room and dining room comfortable for the group. Overall excellent, the best welcome with a bottle of wine.Thank you very much for being available for any questions.
Interior was old but mostly functional, we only had 7 people and it worked well enough, 6 would be more comfortable as the couch bed is not the most supportive. A couple of hiccups but the management company was very responsive and helpful.
We come to Tahoe often to ski and snowboard. The house accommodated our family of 6, it was well equipped with gas fireplace, lots of cooking supplies, garage and friendly neighbors. The house is close to town and good for us as we like going to Kirkwood and it’s a short drive to our favorite restaurant.
The house was clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Had all the kitchen essentials you would need for a weekend. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fans since there is no A/C. The hot tub was a great feature but it would have been nice if there was a little outdoor furniture. We had everything we needed and had a great time. The price was much cheaper than a hotel in town too. I would stay here again.

Good and Could Use Improvements
Overall, the house worked well for what we wanted-a safe, warm, comfortable home. Some improvements to the check-in process and cleanliness were needed.
Overall functional and met on it needs but some minor updates needed
This property mostly met our needs for a 2 family vacation stay (one with a teen and other with 18 month old). There are some minor updates/cleaning needed. The downstairs ceiling fan and floors need a major cleaning, my kid walked around barefoot for 30 mins and had black feet 😬. There's a few other minor maintenance things that could greatly improve the experience.
Very tall ceilings but not much charm.
Comfy beds but only enough living room couch/chairs for 4-5 people. Hot tub has strong jets but unfortunately only half of them work and there is no privacy from neighbors as fence is very low. Outside towel racks would be good to have as well as there is no place to put towels in winter. Forced air heater goes on and off constantly and is pretty loud.

Mediocre to nice
This house has what we needed, beds are comfortable, kitchen has what you need to cook. The downstairs fan remote is broken so no fan and it was soo hot in house, especially upstairs. Windows need updating. It would be nice if there was outdoor furniture in backyard, there’s no place to sit! Living room furniture grossed me out, needs new furniture. Photos is 1980s family is weird. Bathrooms were clean and had no problemS. Just needs some updating for how much we pay
House worked great for us. Quiet neighborhood (although a few barking dogs in the neighborhood, but did not bother me). Managed by a larger local property management firm with a local office. Nice to be able to use the garage. Option to get the hot tub nice and hot.
