Built in 2006, this home is the cozy Tahoe retreat you're looking for while being over 4000 square feet. Large great room, half bath, and master suite upstairs. Family room, game room, laundry room, five bedrooms, and two full baths downstairs. This home is ready to entertain your family and large groups!

Great setting in a great neighborhood and this home has all the custom bells and whistles of the highest quality Tahoe homes! With forest setting, mountain views, three custom river rock fireplaces, hot tub on rear deck... You'll never want to leave.

Located out of the ''hustle and bustle'' of town but within minutes to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer! Only ten minutes from Nevada state line for South Lake Tahoe's famous night life & Heavenly ski area. Various lakes, trails, golfing, shopping and dining within minutes drive. Grocery stores and other amenities within 1 mile.

The home has a nice private feel with vacant land across the street. A doctor lives on one side, and a commonly used family cabin on the other. Both are great neighbors and we prioritize making sure our neighbors' "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay! QUIET HOURS: Especially is very important on the hot tub deck while honoring the 10:00PM - 8:00AM quiet times and NO HOT TUB USE imposed and enforced by the county ordinance. Family reunion

Came to Tahoe to have a family reunion and spend some relaxing time near Lake Tahoe. Really enjoyed the layout of the main floor and allowed for everyone to interact and make a lot of meals. Only 1 bedroom was on the main floor and all other rooms were downstairs which was a bit of a shock. The pool table and table tennis was a nice touch and the living room area downstairs was very nice. We also enjoyed the Hot Tub a lot. Overall it was a very nice stay in a quiet and relaxing area!

Great home to make winter memories with family and friends

This home had a lot of space to accommodate our friends and family for escape from the hustles and bustle of work and life. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, pool table, and miniature ping-pong table. We also enjoyed cozying up in the couch with friends and family. It was nice to be able to park our vehicles (that had roof cargo boxes too) in the garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin located in a secure area if you’re traveling with kiddos. The owner is really sweet and makes sure you have a pleasant stay and is easy to get a hold of. Definitely recommend this cabin and we would love to come back soon!

Tons of space

Had a great stay. Everything was just as described. Things that needed explanation (fireplace, hot tub, TV) had instructions readily available and were super easy to use. Tons of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and have time together or alone. Especially enjoyed the balcony on the cool mornings.

Great Retreat

We cannot say anything bad about our stay. It was a wonderful time. The place is a great find. We extend our gratitude to the owners, as they did an amazing job with this place. We celebrated my Mom’s birthday there and our whole family enjoyed our time together there. It was clean. Enough supplies, Erik is great in responding and I would definitely book this place or another property he manages.

Great Friends Getaway

The house was perfect for our needs and easily fit all 4 families. The jacuzzi was clean and hit the spot. The patio made you feel like you were in a tree house. It was a special place. The pool table and the Nintendo Switch were great in the game room.

Perfect Experience

The size and location of this property was ideal. The main floor, deck and bedrooms were perfect for our large golfing group (8 adults). The kitchen was well stocked and the quality of the BBQ added to the experience. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
