The Space:

This beautifully updated 5-bedroom, 3-level townhouse is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, parking is available for 2 cars, and for the rest of the year, up to 4 cars can be accommodated. A short 5-minute stroll along the sand brings you to Ski Run Marina, where you can explore local pubs, restaurants, boat rentals, and fishing charters. Great place

At one point there were 9 of us staying (only one night) and it was roomy and comfortable. Good meds, attentive owners. Did not even have to use the loft area, still plenty of room. Great location, would totally stay here again!

Great location for a summer get away in South Lake Tahoe. It has everything you need, plus beach access and a short walk or scooter to anything you would want to do

Girls Weekend

We had the best weekend! The house is perfect for a group with the number of beds it offers. It is very clean and nicely furnished. The location is amazing. Easy to get everywhere. Has a little lake view too! The host is super responsive and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to stay in the summer!!

Fantastic location in South Tahoe right near the water...within walking/driving distance of tons of restaurants, wholefoods, bars. Highly recommend.

Great location and amenities

We enjoyed our stay with our group of friends. Location of this property is perfect - close to groceries and restaurants, and within the complex this unit is a great location close to parking and the beach. Unit was well stocked and clean, beds and linens were all really comfy, and the check in/check out process was detailed and easy to follow. We would definitely stay again!

Family-friendly Winter Wonderland

Our family of 10 stayed in this lovely townhome during winter break. The highlight of this place is its location -- only steps to the lake! Both kids and adults enjoyed playing in the snow and the playground shared by the complex. There was enough snow for little kids to sled as well.The place was comfortable enough to fit everyone and cook meals. We did wish there was more couch-seating, but overall, we had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Great townhouse in lovely location

The townhouse was fantastic… Lots of beds and then an open kitchen, dining and living area. Perfect for a large group.The community it is located in is great… On the lake, across the street from a Whole Foods and then a bit off of the busy street out front. Very quiet.The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, but not with spices, olive oil, etc. so come prepared.Parking is right in front so super easy

Plenty of room for our family of 3 generations with 4 BR, 3 baths plus loft. Very close to beach. House fans kept us cool on hot days. Everything was as advertised and we would stay there again.

Family trip to Lake Tahoe

We enjoyed a comfortable stay, in a perfect location for our family trip. As grand- parents we were able to enjoy with our children and grand children the easily accessible beach and pool that are part of the complex. Groceries from Whole Foods and Safeway are nearby, with many restaurants and eateries within walking distance. The VRBO listing is very precise and everything in the rental is as listed and described. Lynda, the host, is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Nice Place, Stay was too short!

This property was beautiful and exactly as it is displayed online. The owners were very responsive and tried to assist us as needed during our stay. Unfortunately, we had to move to another condo after only 2 days because of plumbing issues at the site and not at the fault of the owners. The oven also was not working correctly but the owners did what they could to try and assist with ordering replacement parts. Once the plumbing issues get repaired, I would stay there again. It truly was a nice location and a great condo for our group of 10!

Our stay here hosted a reunion of good friends. Plenty of space for our group. Lodging was very clean. I would've liked to see a couple things offered including extra garbage bags and detergent for the washing machines. I was suprised that there was no A/C

What a beautiful house and such a great place to stay!! It was a minute walk to the lake The house was beautiful and the communication with the property managers was easy and great. Once we kept the windows down the house cooled down very nicely in the evening. We definitely will all come back and stay here!!

Beautiful place

We will definitely stay here again. The unit was a great location even tho it isn’t right in the lake it’s only steps away. Very close to casinos, shopping, and ski lifts. Clean and well appointed. Lynda was responsive with questions. The only down fall was the parking lots were completely unavailable because of construction work. It was noted in the check in instructions but I didn’t expect to that extreme. We had to park quite a ways away. It was trek and a workout to haul all our carloads of stuff for the weekend festivities. The parking space otherwise would have been very close. Lovely place.

Great for families

We came to Lake Tahoe for a family reunion. It was my family of four with two teens, my brothers, a girlfriend, and my elderly mom. The location was great. Very quiet and right on the lake which my kids loved. Very close to state line restaurants and shops. Heidi’s restaurant was a 3 minute walk and delicious breakfast. Place was very clean and roomy and comfortable. I didn’t realize the main living area was on the second floor which is where I wound up having my mom stay since that bedroom is next to the kitchen and family room. She uses a cane and had trouble with the stairs so we had to help her so keep this in mind for people with any physical disability. Otherwise, the place was perfect for us. And we loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. We were a group of five adults and four young children. The location is amazing. Of note, the loft bedroom doesn’t have doors or full walls. It is continuous with the living room. That interfered a bit with sleeping arrangements since adult couples wanted privacy, but young children needed quiet. It was hard to figure out how to use this space. Also, there is no AC, but there are fans for all of the rooms. It was sometimes hot during the day, but reasonably cool at night with windows open and fans on. All and all, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.
