"Good breakfast, location is unbeatable with easy access to everything. Suite is excellent for a party of 4. Rooms are dated with tiny shower, worn carpets and no elevator."

"I liked my stay at 3 Peaks, updated rooms and overall nice grounds, the staff was very friendly and helpfuland everything was clean. Pet friendly place which is great. The beach near them does not allow dogs. "

"View was fabulous as we had a lakefront balcony. The only issue was the road was right there and it was noisy."

"Very friendly staff and nice overall property. Parking was a problem in the fact that it was difficult to get a parking spot and the cost was crazy considering. As a family it was nice to have a place to be a family with a kitchen and things to entertain the kids. The pool heater was broken and Expedia doesn't discloses the parking fees or other fees associated with booking this property."
