Nice Place for Lake Tahoe/Heavenly newcomers
We enjoyed a 5 night family ski trip to Heavenly bases from the property. Well located, equipped and comfortable. Nice hotel kind of amenities within steps of the gondola and “village”. The property owner was very responsive.

Ideal & Relaxing
This was a really great surprise to find available for our dates and right when a snowstorm was set to arrive. We had no real issues with the rooms or property at all, it was a great place. The tweens in our group slept by the living room windows and on the pull out couch which they loved having separation from their overbearing weird parents :) Room with 2 queen beds was great for one couple and another child to have his own big bed :) Master room with big tub and fireplace suited the birthday girl family great also. The deck was also a nice touch for the master room. Kitchen had adequate supplies for our minimal planned cooking but we could have made some nice meals with everything there was supplied. Overall we will plan to stay here again.

Amazing location
Three of us in for a ski trip March ‘23. For skiing, the location is about as convenient as it gets, once you figure out the layout (which elevators lead where). Gondola is right outside, for easy ski in/out. All the shops, food, coffee, etc are steps away. Pool & hot tub was easy viewing to choose when to go down. Honestly, this is a perfect location for family of four, or three friends.

Wonderful stay, great location!
This spot was great! We parked the car and didn't have to drive all weekend. We were steps from the gondola for skiing and the pool and hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. Overall, a great place for a family reunion!.

Fantastic stay!
We stayed 5 days - the units were spotlessly clean and comfortable as described. We couldn’t have been better located for convenience to the ski valet and gondola. Communications with owner/manager were excellent and almost immediate.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful experience, the condo was clean, well equipped and had an awesome layout and view. Perfect for a family. The location was also amazing never drove once while there. All the food was great as well, would definitely return. John and the Marriott also arranged special birthday decorations for our 5 year old, totally made her day. Thanks for a great stay!

AMAZING Condo in the PERFECT location!!
This unit is IDEAL for a ski trip (though I can't wait to come back in the summer too!) The location can't be beat. The Gondola and all of the village restaurants and shops are literally all right there. We only used our car once while on the trip. The Powder House ski rental place is just a few steps from the bottom of the elevator, which makes it so easy to store skis and be back in the room in no time. The unit is well equipped and sparkling clean. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. We couldn't have asked for more! We can't wait to come back!

Heavenly Ski Trip!
Everything was great with our stay in the room. The only negative was someone down the hall smoked a lot of weed and the smell was quite pungent as we walked to and from the elevator.

Wow, that’s a first. No smoking is allowed anywhere at the resort. Hopefully, someone already told the Marriott personnel; however, I did just notify them. I’m sorry to hear about that. I’m glad everything else was great.

I would definitely stay here again! Centrally located, plenty of room, and great views!
Everything about our stay here was fantastic! The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everything. The hotel staff were so nice and accomodating. The suite was perfect for our party with extra room to spare! I highly recommend this property!

This property is amazing. We rented to go skiing at Heavenly and believe me you can not find a better location. This place comfortable sleeps 8 , and if you use the sofa bed you can accommodate additional folks. ... well equipped, very well maintained , and very comfortable....

It is not often that all 6 of us agree but our stay at the Marriot Grand Residences exceeded our expectations. The condo was close to everything and the space was updated and comfortable. The kids loved the proximity of the pool/hot tub and the parents enjoyed the access to the gondola/mountain.

Great hotel and great apartment!
My wife and I came with our infant and parents and had great time in this place. Location is the best in South Lake Tahoe, practically steps from the gondola, room is large and spacious, with everything one may need. Hotel has pool and hot tub that are open all day and are super fun!

English translation is: We loved being in this beautiful hotel good view, and excellent location where a market is opposite and on one side the center of havenly village, we liked the spacious rooms its well equipped kitchen and the best a great reasonable price I loved the truth, we hope to rebook this same hotel marriot grand residence.
