    Overlooking woodlands, your one-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas-burning fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.

    Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Lakeland Village for the Win

This was our first time to beautiful Lake Tahoe! It is stunning! We were happy to have chosen this location for our stay. Our unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved the private beach area complete with beach chairs. Beach towels were provided in our unit. We loved that there were two pool/hot tub options in the complex. The Whole Foods across the street was super convenient, as well as there are several places nearby to grab a bite. Although there are scooter and bike rentals available in the area, we opted to talk roughly 1.5 miles into the Nevada side to check out the casinos, restaurants and shops. We loved Heavenly Village and found some good places to eat in the area. It seems Tahoe has everything you might want in a vacation destination!
