The expansive living area is perfect for cozying up to watch a movie or to simply unwind from a day on the mountain. The beautiful stone encased fireplace will surely keep everyone toasty.

The beautiful rustic dining table comfortably seats 10. In the kitchen you’ll find a center island with Viking range and 3 bar stools, as well as a breakfast nook that seats 3. Members of the family can be cooking, playing a board game at the dining table or watching TV in the living room and everyone can still be together.

If you prefer to dine outside this home has a natural gas bbq adjacent to the kitchen on the large deck.

The master suite is off the main living area with a luxurious bathroom complete with jetted soaker tub, large glass enclosed shower, and dual sinks. There's also a full bath just outside the master bedroom for guest use.

On the mid level of the home you’ll find three bedrooms, the laundry room, and a second living room complete w/ television, wet bar, shuffleboard & a door to the lower level deck.

The lower level features a 1,000 sq' game room is unmatched in South Lake Tahoe. Play pool, foosball, air hockey! And if you need a break, watch TV on the small sofa with a pullout twin sleeper. The lower level also includes a full bath, and access to the private hot tub and fenced in backyard.

Explore the neighborhood. Play Frisbee golf in the nearby park. Hike the Power Line Trail - a moderate hike/ bike trail practically in your own backyard. The lake, Stateline, and Heavenly Village are all about 4 mi away.
