My family stayed for 2 nights, so many entertainment for the kids & adults . Had a massage chair in first living room for the older folks to relax. The house was perfect to come to after activities in the snow .
12 old guys..Coaches at football camp at Community College, 5 minutes away.
Lots of amenities, clean and comfortable.
Everyone loved the massage chair
Thanks!

Maintenance Required
We have stayed at many House Rentals and this house needs to be attended to. It has a lot of space and the house has been updated, but things are falling apart. There is no screen on the bottom floor windows which makes it difficult to open the windows without the bugs getting in. Before we arrived, a window with a broken screen was left opened and when our people tried to sleep, mosquitos and flies were flying above along with other things crawling around the beds. We decided to keep the windows close with made the rooms stuffy since there's no AC on the bottom level. Most towels were clean but some smelled like it had mildew. When I went to bed, I found a bed full of hair. Not sure if the sheets were even washed. Be careful with the railing in the patio as a portion was loose. Also, we couldn't use one of the showers because the door was broken. There was also a mildew smell that we had to endure. The worst part is that the Management Team was MIA. I left message before and during our trip and there was no response. They also charge me a pet fee when there was no mention of it in the description.

This home is very beautiful and comes with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The house is very big so if you have a large group this is perfect! The host was very easy to reach and is very nice. Will definitely be back!
We rented the house for our friends bachelor party. Mind you we spent most of the time at the lake, but this house was beyond perfect for our group of guys! The pictures do not do the place justice at all. It is way better in person.
The house was exactly as advertised. We had elderly parents and the main floor was very accessible. I think only a couple very small steps. The house was close to a lot of activities. The only negative I would say is the balcony gets very hot so be sure to have shoes for little ones. The house has great wooded views and one morning a coyote same up to the downstairs window. The entire family enjoyed the house.
House is very spacious and convenient to Stateline and the lake. They need to provide info about the upstairs TV cable service, label the multiple remote controls, and make sure they are properly working with batteries. One of the barbeques did not work and the starter on the other one was broken.

Poor condition
This house has not been well maintained. It wasn’t clean, lots of live bugs, smelled of mold throughout the home. Would not recommend staying here.

Family Vacation
The house isn't nearly as nice as in photos. It was only barely clean enough to stay. The floors were really dirty. The instructions to get in didn't even say that the 7th bedroom and 4th bathroom was accessed outside off the deck with the entrance key. This should be clearly stated in the instructions for entry. We discovered this the second day by accident. That bathroom shower wasn't usable because the shower door is broken and would leak terriibly if used. The place is terribly cut up with rooms here and there and inconveniently accessed. When arriving, the lock box didn't work so we had to call the property phone number so they could give us a key.
Overall, it was useable, but we wouldn't rent there again. nor recommend it to others.

Extremely disappointing experience
We had a terrible experience at this property. The place is not very professionally managed. We were not provided the check-in instructions in spite of sending a message beforehand. I had to call the host after reaching the property to get the code. Upon entering the property, we saw that the place had not been cleaned after the previous guests left. There were dirty towels on the beds and in the bathrooms. None of the beds had been made. The dishwasher had dirty dishes and the trash was not emptied. We had to wait for an hour for the cleaning crew to arrive and then wait another 2.5 hours for them to clean the place. While the cleaning crew was working, the dishwasher broke and water started leaking on to the kitchen floor. The cleaning crew patched it up but we had no dishwasher available for the duration of our stay. The cleaning crew also ran laundry cycles but did not wait for them to complete so the dryer was full of towels and bed sheets making it hard for us to use. They tried replacing the dishwasher on the third day and spent multiple hours in the kitchen working on it. This was a major inconvenience as we could not use the kitchen while the work was going on. Overall, the property is not very clean or well maintained. The host refunded the cleaning fee and some taxes but I don’t think that compensates for the inconvenience we faced during our stay. If you are visiting Tahoe, I would recommend you look at other options.

A fun home for large family gatherings!
I booked this home before the August and Labor Day guests had written their reviews, and I will say to read those with a grain of salt. I communicated my concerns over the most recent reviews to the management company and they assured me everything would be clean and working. The management company was really responsive for all of our concerns. If you don't communicate with the owners or management company during your stay, then how can you fix things?
When we arrived, the place was clean. It wasn't white glove clean - as in you could tell that walls and door frames could use a wipe down - but again, I communicated this with photos and video for the management company so they could speak with the cleaning company.
As far as the coffee machine, they both worked excellently for us AND we drink coffee so that was a top concern.
Grill - just make sure the propane tanks are full. If they feel empty they probably are and tell the management company this and they'll send over a new one right away. We connected it and voila - a flame! They did this for us and we advised them that the previous two that were supposed to be full -- weren't. Again, communicate any problems you have directly with them.
Laundry - we did end up buying our own laundry detergent since there wasn't any provided and did a load of towels on our second day. BE SURE TO EMPTY THE LINT TRAP if you are doing laundry. Checking the lint trap and cleaning it will save on your dry time. Again, I communicated that the lint trap hadn't been emptied and could be a fire hazard if guests don't know to do this beforehand.
Game Room - Yeah, the game room could use some love (ie. chalk for the pool tips, new ping pong paddles) but WE HAD FUN! It really is a great way to get everyone together for some bonding time.
This is a great place to rent for a large family gathering and as long as you communicate with the owner before, during and after your stay I think you'll be glad you did!
We stayed with 9 adults and 7 kids.
House has plenty of rooms and bathrooms for us.
Has a pool table, table tennis, foosball table and shuffle board games.
Good location, close to the lake and Heavenly ski resort.
We all enjoyed our stay there.
It took us a long time to get the remotes and TVs in all rooms to work. Remotes needed batteries and there was no labeling of which remote went to which TV - very confusing - I suggest a step-by-step instruction sheet on each TV in each Room. Also the heating/cooling system is crazy and again with no instructions. We had a hard time getting the right temperature as each time we set it - it was on override and said “hold”??? Other than that was a great house with LOTS of space.
Overall it was a good experience. Just some minor things that need attn
We couldn’t get any of the remotes to work the tvs. We had to stream through our phone to watch something. The shuffleboard, ping pong and foosball table all need attention. New paddles, maybe some salt for the shuffleboard. Overall was a great experience.
Incredible layout and location, home needs some love
We absolutely loved the layout and location. Plenty of space and separation for kids activities, adults, full group socializing and gaming. Very close to Heavenly and S. Lake amenities. Good water pressure and no problem managing multiple showers. The massage chair was a surprising hit.
Heat system was difficult to manage. Many t-stats, some electric, some HW. Some didn't seem to work or stay on so raised some extremely high and left doors open. Some outlets didn't work including a full room. Cable box on main floor living room didn't work (bring your Roku!). Burners on both grills have seen better days. Only one grill could get to over 300F. No tips on any pool sticks, missing shuffleboard sand, no firewood (although the manager did bring some starter logs later).
All in all the property was roomy. The heat worked fine throughout the house except two of the lower rooms. The layout was slightly choppy however the gaming area was nice. The ping pong net wasn’t functional and the pool table cue ball was missing. Big plus were the fire sticks at all the tvs which was helpful with the children.

Great place for 16 people with kiddos. The game rooms are the best.
Upon entering the bedrooms with carpets, we were surprised at the large stains on the carpets and the debride under the cabinet in the master bath, like someone didn't vacuum. The kitchen sink was slimy, moldy, dirty..., we thought there would be wood provided for the fireplace but none was found. The kiddos so enjoyed the pool table and game rooms along with the old folks. The view of the snow mountains is absolutely breathtaking. Plenty, plenty of room. It just needs a little TLC.
We planned an Easter weekend and looked forward to spending family time in the snow. Our family is on the larger side and the property accommodated everyone comfortably. We had plenty beds for everyone, and they were surprisingly pretty comfortable. Kitchen had a big table to all sit at and the living room has an opening to keep conversations between groups pretty well without feeling too separated. The massage chair was a bit for everyone!
The outdoor patio area was great as well and contains (2) grills.
Bathrooms were clean with plenty of toilet paper and bath towels as well. Major plus to also having a washer and dryer on site. There were (2) on the property but the upstairs dryer doesn’t work.
A lot of pluses for this property, the only feedback that may need improvement would be to shampoo the carpets. We have some family members with allergies and can definitely sense some odor from the carpets but it wasn’t unbearable. If you have family members with allergies, be cautious as there is carpet in most of the bedrooms. The shuffleboard table didn’t have any sand/salt/wax to play.
Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back again!
