Christmas Valley. Hot Tub, Sleeps 6. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Great location with acres ON THE RIVER. Mountain views. High Speed Internet, Well equipped Granite Kitchen, extra clean home with new linens, towels and many little extras. Outside Hot tub is awaiting you after a fun day on the trail. Master Bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and Roku device. High Speed Wireless internet. Real wood stove with wood supplied. Large back deck and the front has a patio with a propane B.B.Q. another fenced side yard has a Ski Lift swing and ski tower from Heavenly. Fenced back and side yards and a larger fenced area with 2 acres on the river with walking trails, mountain views, hiking walking out your door on the forest with abundant trails in our area. Nearby to Tahoe Paradise Park with playground, disc golf, basketball picnic, pickleball, tennis. Downtown shows and Casinos 20 minutes. Please put away all pots pans dishes from your cooking.

This was an ideal place to stay at Tahoe. Close enough for a short drive to town but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The property owners were very friendly and worked with us when the pool had a heating issue. House was well laid out, plenty of room for my family. Would easier stay here again if I went back to Tahoe.

This is a great cabin - spacious and close to the ski slopes!

The cabin was great - lots of space and a hot tub to relax if after a day's skiing!

Great rental home for our family which included a small dog...very clean, large & roomy, fully supplied with towels, cooking ware, dishes and much more, smart TVs & internet access, fun indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, multiple patios and grassy fenced area...great place to relax, play games or watch TV in the evening in the comfortable sectional...nice quiet neighborhood...only 20 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe with lots of shoppng, restaurants and other activities...friendly communications with ease of access to the owner...would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Family getaway

Perfect location for a family getaway trip. Everything was as advertised, the home was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Plenty of towels for the pool/hot tub. Definitely would stay again.

Such a gem

This house was amazing. Such a cool creek that runs behind the home. Having the pool accessible for the kids was really cool. Everything you could ever imagine for the kitchen for cooking and barbecuing.

Relaxing Dog Friendly Get Away

Easy check in, clean and dog friendly. Plenty of room. We enjoyed walking the dog to the creek and appreciated the stocked kitchen. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax.

Can't wait to return!

Debbie and Hatch are incredible hosts with a beautiful home. The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of and the property was absolutely gorgeous. It was all fenced in so we never had to worry about our dogs or grandchildren getting out! Our grandkids loved the pool and hot tub as well as the river behind the property. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! It is peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Thanks again Debbie and Hatch!

Great Tahoe home

We loved staying at Debbie’s home. It was a great home base for our snow adventures, with easy access to the mountains and great space to in relax afterwards. We enjoyed cooking good meals in the well stocked and abundantly labelled kitchen, soaking in the hot tub, and lounging on the comfy sofas by the fire. We’d definitely stay here again.

The coolest house in the woods

Lovely Setting

This is our second time staying at this property. It's dog friendly which we love. There's lots of open country to walk the dogs. The setting is lovely. The home is well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. The beds are comfortable too. Great vacation home!

Ski Week Trip

Great property and location. Close enough to town to get groceries or go to a restaurnat but far enough to get that real mountain feeling. As others commented, the cabin is well equiped and kitchen well stocked. Check-in was a breeze and the cabin was very clean. We would definitely rent again.

Lake Tahoe Getaway

Excellent getaway location for those looking for seclusion and quality family time. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. I loved the creek in the backyard, my two young children had so much fun playing in it. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean and cozy. My family and our dogs enjoyed our stat and will try to book a stay in the summer as well to enjoy the swimming pool. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Just know that the pool is indoor but in a non insulated pool room so it’s way too cold for a dip. A very pleasant stay with comfortable spaces and a well stocked kitchen. Thanks again!

Family getaway

We spent a week here and had a great time. We loved the scenery and the dogs loved the creek. The pool and hot tub were used everyday. Debbie answered all our questions promptly. This was so relaxing and just what we needed.
