- ADORABLE400 Sq ft! 1 bedroom cottage newly renovated and fully equipped, sleeps up to four people.3-minute walk to snug harbor marinas. walk to water, walk to East Matunuck beach or Matunuck Oyster bar, and all the local restaurant's it's a five-minute drive to route 1 that takes you to all the local beaches, take advantage of the local boat launch, our cottage comes with outdoor shower, grill, lawn furniture, propane firepit( If you love tiny cottages this is the one for you!)
