Luxury cabin, newly renovated sits on Narrow River. This unique place has a style all its own. Fully redone in Summer of 2023, steps away from the Narrow River Middlebridge which divides Narragansett and Wakefield. Clean and comfortable cabin life with a patio, firepit and all amenities. WEEKLY rental prime Summer weeks (Sat - Sat). 2 miles from the Award-Winning Narragansett Town Beach. Or, drop the kayaks in the river just steps away on Lafayette Dr. NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Quiet neighborhood; NO COLLEGE/HS GROUPS.

Full Time Rental Property; WEEKLY in Summer weeks/prime

Open space, all new renovations and paint/floor/amenities. Bedrooms both have FULL SIZE beds, trundle bed has 2 twins in sun room/ barn door. NOTE: BED LINENS are set aside on bedside table as most groups bring their own (2 Full, 2 twin).
Guest access
Whole house and yard is yours to enjoy. NOTE: NO PARKING ON MIDDLEBRIDGE Rd....they will ticket. Park in driveway (2 spots) or along picket fence on Lafayette St. if needed.
Other things to note
NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We cater to families, and the person picking up the key must be older than 21.

Fab family vacay

House was perfect for my family of 4. Loved being able to grill outside and use the fire pit in the evenings. The house was perfectly set up. Plenty of space for my husband, 2 boys and I to stretch out. It had everything we needed and more! Can’t wait to rent it again!!!

This house was very bright and inviting and provided the perfect amount of space for our family. The first thing my 3 year old said when we walked in the door was "woah mommy, I love this vacation house". It was close to everything we wanted to travel to but was comfortable to spend time in when the kids were tired. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

My kids and I had a really nice time staying in this area. It’s a great location for all the local beaches and it was right next to where our family lives in Saunderstown. It’s a very small and quaint cabin and a good amount of space for the price. There were two small kayaks that the kids used to paddle the river and we utilized the boat rental next to the cabin for my dad and I. I would recommend this place to anyone. However, the one bit of feedback that I would like to offer for the owner is that they make the beds for the guest before they arrive. It was not my favorite that after a redeye flight I had to make three beds. But such is life. Vacation was still great and the cabin was just what we needed.
