Large private flowered deck with patio table, lounge chairs and gas grill and propane fire pit for your private use . Apartment is air conditioned and has its own private entrance. Bedroom has a Queen bed with view of garden, a large closet and a laptop work area. Living room has a couch\ day bed with a pullout popup trundle bed,2 Lazy Boy recliners and a 50 " Roku smart TV with free Netflix and HBO max and others with Verizon Fios wifi. Kitchen has a coffee pot, microwave,. strove,toaster oven, dishes and pots and pans, and dishwasher. Apartment has Hardwood floors and a washer dryer in unit, Linens and towels will be provided if requested. Amenities close by include, Many excellent restaurants, 2 miles to Narragansett Beach and close to several other State and municipal beaches., Newport Mansions, Golf courses, Block Island ferry, Theatres, Point Judith and other lighthouses, University of Rhode Island, Yawgoo Valley water slides and ski area, Beavertail park, Fort Adams, Newport passenger fairy, walk to YMCA and downtown shopping and bike path. Great little gem

Wonderful 1 bedroom apartment centrally located to beaches, shops, and other local attractions. Communication with owners was excellent and check in was easy. Highly recommended and plan to return in the future.

Cozy and Comfy

Great place to stay. Owners are very nice. Location is quiet and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We were visiting family who had rented a house near Scarborough Beach, so this was the perfect spot to come back to after a day of visiting and beach fun.

Great location, spotless apartment

We really enjoyed our Rhode Island vacation. The accommodations were very safe, clean, and comfortable. Our hosts provided clear instructions for free parking, access to the apartment, WIFI, and appliances along with suggestions for nearby attractions that made our stay very pleasant. I recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a nice place and we hope to visit again.

Small quaint get away

It was very nice they had everything ready to go. A nice pack of coookies awaited us on arrival, we added to them ice cream and it was amazing. Saw a play, visited local art shops, block island and beaches were very eventful

Comfortable stay and very conveniently located. We had numerous packages delivered to the rental because we were moving our daughter into the URI dorms. Owners were kind and welcoming. The apartment is showong signs of wear and could use some refurbishing, but this did not affect our stay.The deck is shared with homeowners and their dogs. The homeowners are respectful of your space and don't bother you when you're on the deck.

Wonderful Apartment

Very nice location and close to great restaurants and beaches. The bed could be upgraded and the ac stopped working the last day and night. Fortunately the weather was pleasant and we opened the windows.

Great location

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location is perfect.. a little away from the hustle bustle but close enough to Narragansett and the other beaches. We went to Scarborough North beach twice and I would definitely recommend it. Galilee and the ferry to Block Island are also very close. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The bed was super comfortable and adjustable…just like at home. Perfect. Guests have use of the back deck and grill which is a nice plus. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. A great stay!!

Great location, close to Narragansett and easy drive to Newport and Providence. The place is super cute, well stocked, and clean. Karin and Dan had great suggestions and advice for things to do and see. We had a great time!

Awesome accommodations at the best location ever!

Very tidy space with everything you could need. When I go back I am going to stay longer! The location is wonderful. Close to the RI State Beaches and just walking downtown and back is a real treat. Loved all the local stores and excellent people-watching. Everyone in town seemed to be having an excellent time - just as I was!!

Cute, cozy apartment in downtown Wakefield

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely two-week stay at Karin and Dan's place in downtown Wakefield while in town visiting family. The apartment was adorable, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The place was enhanced by a number of thoughtful touches, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the back deck, and spent most of our days out there enjoying the flowers and bird watching while working remotely. We were also very grateful for the in-unit laundry! Karin and Dan were wonderful hosts, and we loved meeting their dog Lucy too :) Highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a nice place to stay right in town!
