It was a very beautiful resort and the staff were excellent.
The restaurants, pools and some of the rooms faced the ocean and the sunsets were stunning.
It was easy to get a sunbed which is not always the case in resorts.
The gym was a bit small, not well maintained and quite basic
The rooms were beautiful architecturally but lacked storage eg bed side drawers or drawers anywhere .
The bathroom needed hooks at a reasonable height for towels
However we loved our time there and would happily stay there again-

Best place to stay in Lombok. Stunning sunset views. Delicious food at the restaurant 24/7. The staff & the onsite spa are incredible. Couldn’t figure out the screen mirroring for the TV - must’ve been on a different wifi network than the room wifi.

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Beyond the beautiful setting with lush greenery, what I truly loved was the vision behind this project. It is so inspiring to see a place that is designed to integrate the local community, providing the locals with not just jobs, but a truly beautiful and empowering place to work. You can feel that positive energy in every interaction.
The heart of our experience wäre Nuril and Dodri. They took super care of us from the moment we arrived, making us feel completely at home. Our highlights were the lobster catching and cooking class with Catur as well as the massages from Sari were out of this world, we can only recommend the traditional massage.
If you want a stay that combines luxury with a meaningful soul and a connection to the local culture, this is it. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!
