Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

Without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best hotel in Gili Trawangan. My wife and I spent 5 days there and we liked everything about this hotel. A truly wonderful place to stay.

Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. I would highly recommend Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined retreat.

My stay at Sudamala was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's central location made exploring the Senaggigi a breeze, and the delicious food at the restaurant was a fantastic bonus. There is local restaurant across the street along with laundry and a mini mart for snacks. I loved the area and was super glad I chose Senggigi over Kuta
