"I was very grateful to be allowed an early check-in at around 11:00 AM, which was greatly appreciated after my journey. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
However, I would like to share a concerning experience during my stay. While I was showering, I heard knocking at the door. Before I had the opportunity to respond or get appropriately dressed, a staff member used a master key and entered the room. This was quite distressing and left me feeling that there may have been a lapse in communication regarding rooms that had already been checked in early.
While I appreciate the hospitality shown by the front desk, I hope the hotel can review its internal communication procedures to help prevent similar incidents and better protect guest privacy in the future."
