"In-room washer and dryer (free) was a welcome feature after several days of travel. The "Bee" bus was a short walk and enabled easy/quick access to downtown Queenstown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Glad we'll be staying there again at the end of our trip."

"We had a lake view room and the view of the lake was very nice. The location is good but you do have to walk up a bit of a steep hill to return from the city center. It is a short distance and helps you to walk off your Fergburger. The hotel is modern and clean and has a helpful staff. Parking is very limited so reserve early. There is free street parking around the area but you may have to walk a bit."
