"Hot tub was out of order. What is worse, those darn aircon units in the wall beside the bed. Constantly noisy fan and really noisy when the compressor comes on. Makes sleep difficult. "

"The location, pool/spa, access to beach and tiki hut were top notch. The room itself was run down a bit, stain on the chair, bathroom toilet was running and wouldn’t stop unless we fixed it, fridge was leaking, etc. The rooms could use the same upgrade that the outdoor got a few years ago. "

"This was my second stay with this location. Couldn’t have chosen a better spot for some much needed time off. It’s so close to the beach and any other establishments you’d want to visit! Will be back soon!!"

"Parking was great. Complex great and check in wonderful. Close to fez h and restaurants. Unfortunately the person next to us played jazz music so loud all afternoon and evening and spoke on his phone so loudly for about two hours and you could clearly hear his conversation. We put our tv on louder to drown him out. Although pool had a sign up no smoking three people were smoking at the pool area. "

"Our first two days the weather was in the mid 80's and the A/C did not seem to be able to cool the condo. The A/C and the bedroom are on opposite ends and the fan to draw air into the bedroom did not seem to work. There is no screen on the window in the bedroom, so we were unable to leave it open.The bunk beds are narrow and there is no ladder to the top or built in safety rails. We found a single bedrail in the closet that we attached to the top bunk. Unfortunately, we woke up at 4am to the sound of our 6 year old hitting the floor when she rolled off the bottom bunk.Check-in is easy and the provided instructions were helpful, however communication has been non-existent after the original check-in message. We sent two messages over the four days and both went unanswered.The view from the balcony is great and definitely the highlight of the condo."

"Breakfast very limited. Free breakfast at Hampton 's much better selection. Prices not reasonable, $2.00 for a banana, orange or apple. For the price of the accomodations, housekeeping should be there every day, not every other day. Will not stay there again."

"We loved our stay at this cute hotel. The full breakfast was great with a variety of items to choose from. Walking distance to the beach and shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!! "
