"The photos make this hotel seem much nkcer than what it truly is. The beds are like sleeping on cardboard. No comfort to them, at all. The rooms need to be re-painted. The bathrooms arent kept up with and did a full cleaning. Theres hairs and dust all over. I wpuld not stay here, again. Front desk when checking in was great!"

What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit. Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. "Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff and a beautiful room. And in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Yellow Springs. The only downside was that the HVAC system in the room is noisy and the rooms could be more soundproof. We have been here before this visit and we will visit again. And their restaurant has delicious food!"
