The best staff ever. Both the evening and morning team were super. The evening housekeeping young women was remarkable. The guy at desk and his team in am were super A male staff member in evening made sure that temperature was comfortable. Great assistance in finding restaurant that we wanted in evening. the breakfast was a 10. The fruit was fresh. And we had decaf. Super. Couldn't have been better.

We got to the hotel late and they was having a plumbing issue. They apologized several times about the water being off due to this issue. They put us on the second floor away from the noise of them working. The new owner made sure we was ok with everything. We got up the next morning and water was fixed. We had a decent breakfast and the staff was wonderful. I spoke with a few different staff members and they were all very nice and helpful. We have stayed here before and will stay again!!

A chair to sit in instead of always sitting on the bed would have been nice. Vending machine not working, We liked the access to the Interstate which allowed us ample time to get to our Dance competition. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

It was an ok hotel. Outdated and there was smoking somewhere in the hotel. You could smell it in the hallways and there was a dog barking in the morning in one of the rooms.

Bed bug infestation
Check in was fair. Quick inspection of the room and we thought was ok. Grabbed showers and sat down on bed to begin to relax and found bed bugs. Went to front office immediately with pics and videos of the bed bugs, requested a refund and was denied by the manager. Notified Hotels.com the began trying to contact hotel with no luck. So we are out the money for a room infested with bed bugs
