3 Bedroom cottage in the Heart of Sauble Beach

  • The Ellen Kay is a 3 bedroom cottage. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. The main living area has 2 sofas and a futon.
    The bathroom in the Ellen Kay was just refinished with new fixtures, shower and flooring.
    A large private deck is off the kitchen area with a patio table and chairs. A large back yard with both sun and shade features a fire pit for night time Sauble fun.

    The Ellen Kay is located at 114 3rd Ave.North, a great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach and downtown.

    Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
