"Understanding that we were an elderly couple. We were surprised by the modern aspect of the hotel. But we loved it. Great staff. Great food. We were there for a special celebration. Our family appreciated the care of us by the staff. The valet staff were great when we encountered heavyy rain. We were going to qpac for a performance. We loved the hotel, particularly the staff. "As frequent travellers we were interested in what the stay at Lucid Apartments would be like as the reviews were mixed hole check in was at a separate building this was seamless and just a short walk from the apartment a 200 damage deposit is taken on check in. We stayed in an apartment on the 26th floor with an amazing city view the room was clean smelled fresh and has a comfy king size bed the rooftop pool area is lovely and the location is a short walk to restaurants and the metro GOMA and...

"Close to transport, dining options and good area for families. Toilet seat was broken and it was impossible to fit a drink bottle under tap to fill up so had to buy water to drink. Overall a good stay with just a few minor things for improvement. "

"Well located unit in South Bank close to shops, cafes and train station. Really enjoyed using the pool and spa and relaxing by the pool. Shame that the TVs didn’t work but the Internet worked fine. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were well suited to small adults and/or kids. Staff were very helpful, particularly with leaving our luggage."
