This was our first trip to hocking hills ace we had a great time. The cabin was clean and comfortable and well appointed. Host was extremely friendly and easy to reach if we’re needed anything. Overall great experience
This property is lovely! It’s a quality home on a secluded hilltop. Our three days were quiet and relaxing with all the details and huge TVs needed for the boys to enjoy holiday football games. Hiking the property was quiet and beautiful. We hope to return.
Mostly pros for this property:- Very communicative host, who helped to troubleshoot a few issues that popped up- Plenty of room for large families- Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, cups, etc- Neat location up on a ridgeBut also some cons to consider:- All the liquid hand soap containers in the cabin were empty (i.e., in the bathrooms and the kitchens), we all had to shuttle one bar of shower soap from location to location- Two of the kids beds smelled badly of must. We had to was the sheets ourselves to get them to a reasonable state- Our Honda minivan couldn't make it up the driveway. We had to park about 1/3 of the way up and hoof it the rest of the way. It was a pain when we first got there to transport our food and luggage.
