"The room was clean but the renovations leave much to be desired. The breakfast was standard but left out too long and bland to taste. I’m not expecting much from a hotel breakfast but when the fruit is the best part of the meal it leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the renovations meant that rates were sky-high. The fact that there was a garbage can left out with a plunger in the hallway for multiple days was appalling alongside the fact that my co-workers door never fully shut and could be pushed open, that was a problem that needs to be addressed. Overall, for the price paid I felt the hotel did not offer enough to justify this price, renovation is not sufficient enough response to justify this price nor do I expect their remodeled amenities to justify this either. "

"Towels were crunchy, I think I had a faulty room the shower would fill up to above the top of my feet before draining consistently (still above my feet but not continuing to fill)."

"I have stayed here almost every year for the past 20 years, and it's had its ups and downs but lately has gotten better. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is nice, area is fine with good dining options. "

"The hotel was amazingly clean with a very large room!! The shower was large with a lot of light. The staff was super friendly and helpful even through our two tornado warnings where we had to gather in the basement. "
