- shower room with basin, shower, washing machine and hair dryer
- independant toilet.

Terrace of 7m² with garden furniture and electric plancha, overlooking the canal and the lake.
Private outdoor parking and secure collective pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Pets not allowed.

END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €100 / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
A cleaning deposit of €100 will be requested upon arrival by bank imprint or check.
