"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant.

"The greatest place to stay in Sousse, without a doubt! Affordable, clean, super nice people/staff working there. One of the most popular places in Sousse, right at the entrance to the Medina, about a 7 minute walk to the beach, in the town center. minutes to the train, 1 minute to the bus area, etc. Mohammed at the front desk is the greatest guy you'll meet. He'll make sure you're happy and he's just a friendly, professional genuine caring person. And his English is great. Thanks so much, Mohammed!
