For the price food was great, pool area and being straight on the beach was excellent. Inside the buildings could benefit from a refurbishment. Staff and service was excellent. We would return to this hotel.

Very loud music until 11:30pm. Had to wait 2 hours for clean towels. In the all inclusive dining room, always have to wait for clean dishes and huge food lines. Not recommend if you want to have a relaxing experience.

Reseption must be welcome weth guest not like you are in gel the hotel beautiful but the worker their in the reseption make people run away and ever come back saldy I see tourism in sousse like this 🙄☹️

However the rest of the front desk are kind of rude .. dont have solution for any issues .. no transportation information at all .. Ask for water to get my medication they said tgey dont have . And my package was all inclusive Cant imagine its one bottle for 2 person a day in temperature over 50

J'ai ete avec ma famille dans cet hotel du 18 au 25 juillet 2025. Malgre que c un hotel.3 etoiles, j'etais agréablement surprise, car la propreté est bonne, le service est bon et la nourriture est variée et surtout bonne. Les toboggans sont super bons aussi. Je recommande cet hotel.

Fantastiskt hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Grymt god mat på alla måltider. Badlandet var grymt bra med roliga rutschkanor och skönt med inomhuspool också.

Väldigt bra hotell för en barnfamilj med en son på 6 år som älskar bada. Superroliga rutschkanor och stora pooler, samt skönt med inomhuspoolen när det var kallt. Kanonbra frukost och middag med god tunisisk mat.

Un hôtel abordable, mais relativement bien placé avec un beau parc aquatique. La nourriture n’est pas miraculeuse, mais c’est pas trop mal en plein été. Le personnel est un petit peu débordé par le nombre très important de clients. Attention, très bruyant, car discothèque à proximité

Hôtel qui meriterait un coup de jeune. Le restaurant est une vraie catastrophe, peu de variété surtout au petit déjeuner, il faut courir après les serviettes ou les couverts . Les transats au bord de la piscine sont réservés dès 6 h du matin à 10 h, il n'y a plus de place. Le "tout compris " est soft avec des boissons type soda . J'ai du payer pour une bouteille d'eau au restaurant. Il faudrait que cela soit précisé au moment de la reservation . Si vous avez vue sur la piscine c'est bien mais très bruyant, musique à fond toute la journée

du potentiel mais manque de sourire service

accueil froid. Pas possible f’avoir 2 clés. Pas de boisson d’accueil. Pas de sourire. Paiement de la taxe de séjour à l’arrivé alors que change monnaie locale pas encore faite, retenue de mon passeport. Il me semble que la taxe peut être payée avant le départ de l’hôtel. Télécommande pour TV avec paiement consigne de 20 dinars. Coussins transats piscine pas propres, taché. Et surtout personnel pas du tout sympathique. Service déjeuner et dinner sans suivi de règles d’hygiène, nappes sales pas remplacées, manque d’assiettes et de verres pour pouvoir se servir au buffet et gestion de la nourriture ( service ) à la chaîne avec service comme on servirait des bestiaux qui meurent de faim. Dommage ! la piscine et la plage sont biens !
