Gite located upstairs in the owner's house, with another apartment. House offering a very beautiful view of the Espelette valley. Common entrance upstairs. Equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine), large living room including a lounge area (99cm TV, DVD player) with access to the balcony, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), shower room, wc. Electric heating included, sheets provided/beds made, household linen provided. Baby equipment provided. Cleaning fee 30 euros. Possibility of rental for curists: 900€/off season, 1400€/in July and August. Large grounds, garden furniture, swing. 3 km from Espelette, upstairs apartment in house with balcony, beds made and heating included.
