as an overall was good but if i compare it to Hilton standard is ok.
i was family of 5 person
they provide me with 2 double bed villa with no fifth bed
ac was not working properly
curtains was not working well light bulbs busted on if you switch on the desk light you will got electrocuted
bathroom always haveing sweige smells
i needed the maintenance team to visit my villah more than 4 times
and not all issues fixed for good
ac was acting strange i put it 24 c and you feel it is too cold and on the other room i put it 21 and does not get cold
then suddenly early morning it is freezing
my recommendation is to stay at hotel rooms do not stay in villas
staff tired there best to please me but my villa was out of the question
and was not able to change it to other one due to fully booked
and one more thing if you have villa and have car they will keep your car in parking without shade and buggy will take you to your villa
