"I had a late night check in and when I woke up, the hallway was wet due to an AC malfunction. The staff immediately took care of it and moved me to another room. To compensate for the inconvenience, I was offered a complimentary massage. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa was relaxing. The gift shop is also really cute. I loved it so much, I extended my stay for one more night. I hope to come back again with my family. Thank you!"

"The hotel was in a great location which made exploring Tunis easy. I appreciated that it is a historical hotel that was a British embassy for over 350 years. The decore is unique Neo Moorish. The staff were helpful and my room was clean and comfortable."

"Beautiful property. Very safe. Spacious well-kept rooms. It's on a hill, so every room has a great view of the city or lakes. EVERY member of the staff is helpful and polite. I even extended my stay a few days."
