"The rooms were so beautiful - we stayed in Bibi and it was divine, from the oval white plaster ceiling with Arabic calligraphy, to the en suite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with great variety and the staff was really nice. "
"The location was very good. Close walk to many attractions. The breakfast room and the quality of the breakfast was excellent. Youssef was a great host and helpful to our requests and needs.

"Just like our stay in May earlier this year, our stay in July was also very pleasant. The staff was courteous, the room was well-cleaned, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Additionally, there are restaurants and cafes nearby, making it very convenient."
"The owner is a very nice and helpful person. All staff are great. Breakfast was served at the time when we asked the night before. Spacious room, easy parking, close to everything."
"Beautiful hotel and incredible room. It was a challenging time in the evening as the room faces a courtyard where there was music in the evening (during Ramadan)."

"Dar el Jeld is a gorgeous property with friendly helpful staff. We loved our classic suite where we could really spread out. Just wish we could have stayed longer!!! "
"Dar Dorra was a fantastic experience. Room was perfect - nice size and most facilities you would expect in larger hotel chains. Breakfast buffet was great but was same everyday but there was enough variety to not get bored. Location was perfect for the bazaar and for sightseeing. Complimentary fruit and chocolate every night which was very nice. The property is well maintained and very beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you want to stay in the Medina this is the go to place you won't be disappointed."
"Incredibly warm and helpful staff, and a beautiful space with stunning historic details — especially in the common areas. We liked being so centrally located in the Medina, and the breakfast was generous and delicious."
"El staff es increíble, súper amable y resolutivo.
Las habitaciones excelentes. Lo único es que la zona es un poco caótica y no muy linda, pero es céntrica y de fácil acceso."
"This property has a very accommodating host and it is exceptionally clean. Everyone working here is extremely helpful and kind. Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast has delicious food and an outstanding chef. If you need anything, they are always there to help. Another way they accommodate guest is by speaking English, Arabic and French.
I highly recommend this establishment, we will most definitely return. "
"The police were heavy on the streets with machine guns. If you went out after dark to get dinner there were drunk people and people fighting in the streets... men would expose themself and urinate not caring who could see
The hotels facilities were filthy the bed had bed bugs and my husband was all bit up. The breakfast that was supposed to be included never existed. I feel lucky to be alive and out of that place!"
