You will have a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers) and access to a shared 4000m² garden with a covered (4 x 8m) heated swimming pool, open from April to October, a children's play area, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table. Several cars can be parked on-site, and bicycles can be stored in an outbuilding (not lockable), where the washing machine is also located.
