"This was a beautiful hotel in a huge park like setting. We stayed in the new rooms in the garden. The staff was amazing and we were walked to our room personally "

"We were on the 3rd floor and no elevator. We are senior citizens and no help was offered to carry 2 50 pound suitcases up. You check in on floor zero so have set of stairs just to get to floor 1 and then of course LOTS of stairs to get to floor 3. Not a good hotel for seniors or disabilities. "

"The grand Hotel Luxembourg was absolutely amazing. The property itself was beautiful our room which had a private patio and Jacuzzi was wonderful. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were given two of the most wonderful restaurants to eat at and the next time we come to France, we will stay there much longer and not spend so much time in Paris. Normandy is amazing and so are all the people at the hotel."
