Beautiful Soulacaise from 1900 renovated with a seaside atmosphere, located 300m from the ocean, Hyper center of Soulac sur mer, in a historic and classified district.
All shops nearby, restaurants, tapas bar, shops, cinema, bicycle rental, large covered market every day ... Everything is accessible on foot !!!

On the ground floor:
     -Large parental bedroom (140 * 190) with reading corner and dressing table.
- Living room with TV.
- Modern fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob,
        microwave, fridge / freezer, Senseo coffee maker...).
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower, WC and washing machine.
- Patio (not overlooked) with garden furniture and electric barbecue.
Upstairs:
      - Large bedroom with 3 beds (90 * 190), desk, TV lounge area.
- Shower room with WC.
- Terrace solarium with 2 deck chairs.

Special feature: the upper floor is only accessible by an external staircase (ideal for teenagers or children who want a little independence). However for younger children, we can provide a cot to install in the master bedroom and the living room is also equipped with a single bed.
