Clean, comfortable, friendly

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Parking was very easy and free. All the staff were very good but especially the 2 people we had in the restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names. But the mature man and the lady in her late 30’s were outstanding. So much so we stayed until they started their shift the day we left. The Villa needs a little be of TLC but it is beautiful and would highly recommend it if you are in the area. 10/10 all the way. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

spent 2 nights at the end of june 2009 to visit lake como the hotel is excellent and very clean with superb decor and attention to detail the staff is very friendly and helpful very convient for bergamo airport

The property was very tidy and services pretty good. The location is rather far from Milan but Arcore train station is around a 15 min walk

absolutely love the service provided by this hotel. Appreciate the excellent standards in communication and staffs were very helpful in coordinating transfer to/from property. The property itself sits above the hill of the beautiful cita alta, which offers stunning view to the city. The ground is very green and serene, overall offers a great retreat.

Was really good staff members help lot and give a lot information about all the activities that are around of the hotel. The room was clean and a very good size.

Very helpful staff, assisted us with a brief overnight stay from a late flight, and taxi to get back to the airport the next day. Lovely spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent all round.
