Slow house between the Sea and Olive Trees – Terrace in the village of Seneghe

"Schönes Ferienhaus in einem tollen DorfWir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist gemütlich und gerade im Sommer angenehm kühl – ein großer Pluspunkt bei den hohen Temperaturen. Für sechs Personen ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden.Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett, unkompliziert und schnell. Fragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet.Auch das Dorf hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ruhig, authentisch und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir auch den guten Olivenöl-Produzenten im Ort.Ein paar Dinge könnten aus unserer Sicht noch verbessert werden: Es gibt etwas wenig Stauraum für Kleidung und auch in der Küche sind die Schränke schnell voll. Beim Duschen ist das warme Wasser relativ schnell aufgebraucht. Außerdem sollte man darauf achten, nicht zu viele elektrische Geräte gleichzeitig zu nutzen, da sonst die Sicherung herausfliegt.Etwas schade fanden wir außerdem, dass es im Grunde keinen Garten bzw. Außenbereich zum längeren Verweilen gibt, sondern lediglich eine Terrasse. Gerade im Sommer konnte man diese aufgrund der starken Hitze eigentlich nur früh morgens oder spät abends nutzen. Ein Sonnenschirm, eine Markise oder eine andere Art von Sonnenschutz wäre hier sicherlich eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen.Insgesamt haben wir uns aber wohlgefühlt und konnten einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Besonders die Lage im schönen Dorf, der angenehme Kontakt mit den Gastgebern und das im"

"Wir waren für eine Woche in Seneghe und haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation war super und sehr freundlich.Der Ort hat uns sehr gefallen und ist für Ausflüge mit dem Auto ans Meer oder ins Umland sehr geeignet.Nachts wurde es schön kühl und da es in Seneghe keine Mücken gibt, konnte man bei offenen Fenstern schlafen.Einziges Manko waren die vielen Haussanierungen in der näheren Umgebung mit entsprechendem Baulärm. Aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts. Falls wir mal wieder in der Gegend sein sollten, würden wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen."

"Maria Teresa’s amazing hospitality begins from the minute you book your holiday. This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful house and even though this was 9 yrs ago, Maria Teresa remembered us. Her thoughtfulness extends to every aspect of the stay. We were welcomed with delicious almond cookies and cold bottled water which was very welcome after the journey. The house itself is truly wonderful with many different seating areas, inside and out, and full of gorgeous flowers, and shady trees.The house is incredibly well equipped for a holiday home. With comfortable beds and outdoor furniture including tables outside, loungers and hammocks for the garden, and a rocking chair on the fabulous balcony, overlooking the sea. The kitchen has everything you need to cook many meals. There’s so much more crockery and utensils than your usual holiday home. The Wifi works well. Water pressure is good. Everything is so comfortable.We spent many a night in the house, playing cards, listening to music, and watching the stars. Previously we did cook in the outdoor kitchen, although this time we ate out much more.They have written the most wonderful guide - all the restaurants, nearby beaches and tourist attractions are listed and described in detail. Last time we discovered some amazing beaches to return to, but would have to return every year to go to all the places mentioned. This is tuly one of the most beautiful areas of Italy and we already long to return again."
