We would like to explain to all our customers what happened from the beginning to the end of your stay. When you mentioned that the staff was harassing you during your vacations, this is profoundly untrue. We have just answered to your questions. Since the first day of your arrival, even if all the check-in usually start at 14h, our staff made their best to clean the room and give you the room before 14h as they knew that you would arrive earlier than this time. We have done our very best to make you feel accomodated for and comfortable throughout your stay. The day of your departure in the middle of the night, you took the condominium elevator and you got stuck inside. The elevator that you claimed you were stuck in for 15 minutes, had a very large sign on the side, clearly explaining the safety rules. You have pressed by yourself the emergency button that you shouldn’t have press that is why the elevator has stopped. After this you started to black mailing us, threatened us and claimed the refund of everything: your entire stay, Tickets train, ticket’s flight, hotel in Rome and all the extras. It is not fair to take advantage of the situation that you created by yourself and to vilify the staff who always do their best. We kindly ask you please to respect our staff, our receptionist, management team, and admin staff all worked extremely hard to ensure you were provided for throughout your stay. Staff management
