"A/c needed some work...not cooling very well. They brought a noisy, loud box fan. The view from our room was only the top half of the window. Not the best stay we've had there."

"The breakfast is fresh and very good. The parking lot makes me feel safe. Inside the room, it is very quiet no matter the hotel is very closed to I10 highway. And the air conditioner is also very quiet. Our family likes this hotel much."

"Manager very helpful and available to assist. All front desk workers were friendly. Clean room and bathroom. Stayed on 4th floor, elevator was always clean (even with workers using the elevator). Close to food establishments. Would stay here again. Just note the road to inn is full of potholes, but it is just a very short distance."

"We are uncertain whether our room was cleaned since the previous occupants left. We had an accessible room, so I did not request to change rooms. There was makeup on the pillowcase and blood smears on the top of the duvet cover. Bathroom sink looked used and not wiped. Toilet paper had one empty roll, one almost empty roll, and one half roll. Fridge had broken shelves, and a discolored ice jam with a bread tie frozen in it. We asked for and were provided clean bedding by the front desk, but they had us bring the soiled linens to the front desk which was really gross. They did not offer to remove the bedding, remake the bed, or help in any way. There was a small apology, but the overall response was underwhelming. The room had a funky odor that we thought went away with turning the fan on, but we realized our noses had just adjusted. Breakfast was decent, check in and out were fine. "

"I wasn't able to get my room because they said they didn't even have my money in the system so I find that was a poor start so I didn't even end up getting a room there I ended up living moving in somewhere else"
