Final de semana no sítio
Passamos um final de semana em família muito feliz e sossegado nesse sitio. Fomos num grupo grande de 30 pessoas e o local nos atendeu em nossas demandas. A limpeza é impecável e o local é muito parecido com o anunciado. Estava frio, mas mesmo assim aproveitamos todas as comodidades da propriedade. O caseiro foi bem solícito, assim como o dono Sr. Miguel. Aproveitamos e descansamos bastante!!!

Um sítio bem localizado
Pontos aprovados: bem localizado e de fácil acesso; resposta rápida do proprietário Miguel; check-in flexível; sítio limpo e bem arrumado; quando o caseiro Alex esteve no local nos atendeu bem; quartos e banheiros suficientes para grupo maior. Pontos reprovados: contrato rígido após locação pelo proprietário com cobrança salgada de madeiras para fogueira, forno a lenha e carvão; não há campo de futebol conforme anunciado (terreno vendido); câmera no local da churrasqueira, o que tira a privacidade dos visitantes; caseiro ausente do local por horas o que dificulta acioná-lo nos casos de necessidade, o que causou desconforto; não há xícaras, copos e pratos (alegação do proprietário é de possíveis quebras). Dicas: panelas maiores e suficientes para os grupos maiores; fogão convencional na área da churrasqueira (cozinha não comporta grupo maior); mesas e cadeiras extras e atualização da descrição na Vrbo.

Lugar maravilhoso e supera as expectativas e as fotos
Lugar é bem localizado, tem mercado a 2.5km. Muito espaço, Miguel e o David foram super atenciosos e receptivos. Unico ponto de melhoria seria colocar uma placa com o nome do sitio na frete, mas tirando isso tudo foi perfeito, tinha camas , quartos e banheiros para todos. Tudo muito confortavel.

Perfeito!
O lugar é lindo, perto da cidade mas com muito espaço, mantendo o clima de sítio. Fui com meus amigos e família, é ideal para grupos grandes, tem bastante infraestrutura. O proprietário Miguel e o caseiro Deyvid foram super atenciosos e cuidam muito bem do imóvel, tem algumas regras mais rígidas mas super justificavel pela qualidade e carinho que mantém pelo sítio. Obrigada pela estadia!

Sítio para momentos maravilhosos em família.
O sítio é muito mais bonito pessoalmente que pelas fotos, limpo, sala enorme, quartos bem divididos, área verde com grama cortadinha, não tem uma piscina olímpica mas deu conta de todas as pessoas da minha família (13 adultos/adolescentes + 1 criança). O check-in foi realizado pelo proprietário que nos recepcionou muito bem e o check-out pelo caseiro que também foi muito gentil. O wi-fi é 4G, deu conta de todos os celulares ligados...rsrsrs e quando foi preciso também de 1 pessoa que estava home office. A parte da churrasqueira tem uma mesa grande que acomoda bastante gente para os almoços e lanches, tem um banheiro perto da piscina para não ter que entrar molhado na casa. Os quartos na parte de baixo da casa, dão de frente para uma área verde e podem ser utilizadas as portas balcão para sair e dar a volta na casa, é muito bom. Eu e minha família adoramos nossa estadia.

o imovel é maravilhoso, só alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar, o campo não era dentro da propriedade tivemos que sair e entrar por outro portão, a piscina tem um azulejo quebrado na escada o que causou alguns machucados também a informação relacionada a profundidade da piscina não eram veridicas as crianças não puderam aproveitar. não tinha liquidificador, nem formas para assar, nem espremedor para sucos, sanduicheira, nada.
