Tive que me submeter a humilhação, onde somente no dia de chegada o hotel me comunicou que minha reserva não havia café da manhã nem estacionamento. Sendo que pelo site havia café da manhã e não havia nenhuma informação sobre não ter estacionamento. Somos uma família a passeio e como o Hotel faz uma coisas dessas? Se no momento da reserva por algum motivo o Hotel avisasse, RESERVA SEM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ E ESTACIONAMENTO, eu simplesmente cancelaria. Parece golpe nos clientes. Domingo, muito Rio, tudo fechado e queriam me cobrar 25,00 por pessoa para liberar o café da manhã. Não aceitei. O estacionamento liberaram como CORTESIA. Gasta se muito para se conquistar um cliente e se perde por tão pouco.

Estadia

A limpeza do banheiro precisa ser melhorada, peguei quarto para 3 pessoas e não foi colocado toalha pra 3 pessoas, sem talha de rosto, sem tapete pra sair do banho, ralo aberto (quebrado), frigobar sem água (pelo menos isso deveria ter), falta de tomadas, mesa descompensada. Armário velho no quarto. E sem café da manhã. Sendo que fiquei surpresa com o valor para cada pessoa, ficou mais alto o valor do que se eu tivesse escolhido outro que já tinha incluso o café da manhã. Sugiro que ao ser anunciado, coloque valor da estadia e do café da manhã e que é servido no hotel ao lado. Barulho no quarto acima do meu, meu esposo e minha escutaram alguém mexer na porta do quarto.

Hotel localizado em um centro comercial, por isso, tem bastante barulho, principalmente no período entre as 9 da manhã e as 13 horas. Hotel super gostoso, limpo, organizado, chuveiro muito bom, ar condicionado funcionando normalmente. Os funcionários muito educados e simpáticos. Uma desagradável foi a cama, tinha reservado um quarto de casal e a cama eram duas camas de solteiro unidas com um lençol, volta e meia caia no buraco formado pelos dois colchões, isso foi bem desconfortável. Do mais, sem críticas.

Barato para viajantes sozinhos sem veiculo!

O hotel cobra caro o café da manha, R$ 23,00 por pessoa (casal R$ 46 00), e estacionamento a R$ 10,00. Somando esses valores, para um casal, é possivel achar um hotel com café e estacionamento em Sorocaba com um nível melhor. O que deixou muito a desejar foi ter encontrado cabelos no chão devido a uma limpeza ineficiente.

Hotel simples e antigo. Localizado bem no centro, ao lado da catedral. O ar-condicionado fez barulho a noite toda. Banheiro com instalações antigas. Necessita de melhorias. O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom!
