Equipe muito acolhedora

Por ser um hotel econômico, ele é EXCELENTE! Nunca tinha me hospedado num Ibis e tive uma experiência maravilhosa. Não tem luxo, não tem telefone no quarto por exemplo para falar com a recepção, mas a equipe é de extrema educação e eficiência, tanto as meninas da recepção quanto do restaurante. O hotel é prático, LIMPO, silencioso, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, estacionamento com manobrista que leva e traz o carro rapidamente, restaurante bom, café da manhã com máquina da nescafé com opção para achocolatados, café c leite, cappuccino à vontade no café da manhã. Quarto grande, banheiro confortável, chuveiro bom. Vale a pena a relação custo x benefício

Gostei do Ibis Sorocaba porque considero um otimo custo/beneficio. O amplo estacionamento tambem faz diferenca, pois sempre preciso de um lugar para estacionar. Fica perto de um otimo Shopping Center, o que tambem facilita com relacao a opcoes para alimentacao.

O hotel está ficando velho e que o quarto já precisa de uma reforma. Toalhas de banho ruins, que precisam ser trocadas, o mesmo vale para os travesseiros. Funcionários são educados e prestativos. Café da manhã bom, típico de hotéis de rede.

Muito boa nossa estadia, apesar de rápida. Quarto confortável limpo e bem arrumado. Bom atendimento. Único ponto negativo é o estacionamento pago e ter que entregar o carro para manobrista. Infelizmente não peguei o nome do manobrista que nos atendeu. Grosso e estúpido.

Antigo, desconfortável e precisando de reforma

Tivemos de trocar de quarto porque a janela não travava totalmente e com criança isso se torna perigoso. O ambiente é antigo, precisando de reparos. Se precisar de privacidade no banheiro, considere que não há fechaduras e nenhum tipo de trava pra porta ficar fechada enquanto estiver por la. Caso precise trabalhar, no quarto não há infraestrutura, teve de ser adaptada uma mesinha desconfortável (mas há espaço para trabalhar no lobby do hotel). Precisei solicitar travesseiros extras as 2h00 (madrugada) e ninguém atendeu o telefone (não há aparelho de telefone, considere que precisará ligar do seu próprio celular se quiser se comunicar com as áreas internas do hotel). Para resolver tive de ir pessoalmente na recepção onde havia apenas uma pessoa que disse que não atendiam o telefone na madrugada (???). As camas são desconfortáveis e apertadas. Sinceramente, um hotel para não voltar.

Achei o hotel muito bom. Filtro de agua na recepcao. Passaderia. Quarto simples e super bem desenhado. Tamanho bom. So senti falta do chuveirinho higienico. E no cafe da manha uma opcao de bolo ou biscoito sem leite. Mas o serviço é nota 10.

Liguei antecipadamente perguntando se havia garagem coberta e me confirmaram que sim. Chegamos de moto, com chuva e não havia. A gerente disponibilizou a vaga coberta da gerência, após minha reclamação nas os outros colegas tiveram que deixar suas motos na chuva. Oferecem almoço no restaurante. Ao pedir, não tiveram como atender. Estadia de 3 dias com o hotel cheio devido ao eventos de motos na cidade e apenas um elevador funcionando.
