HOTEL COM OTIMA LOCALIDADE E ATENDIMENTO APROVADO.

Hotel de ótima qualidade e atendimento muito bom. Funcionários educados. Tudo muito bom, apenas deixo uma critica construtiva... O Ferro de passar esta péssimo e não esquenta e o secador também ruim. Deveria trocar esse ferro e por um de boa qualidade pros hospedes. Só não gostei dessa parte, sai meio amarrotado pra festa, o resto, o hotel e excelente. RECOMENDO!

Péssimo isolamento acústico

Paredes dos quartos são extremamente finas. Se você precisa descansar, procure outro hotel. Qualquer batida de porta o quarto todo vibra. Qualquer conversa nos corredores ou quarto ao lado incomoda pra dormir. Mas é o estilo de negócio do Ibis Budget, custo baixo, sem café da manhã (precisa pagar a parte) e deixa a desejar no isolamento acústico. Estacionamento também paga a parte (R$28 nessa data). Limpeza e conforto da cama estavam ok.

O Ibis budget é o tipo de hospedagem de fato econômica. Quarto bem apertado, banheiro/vaso sanitário em local diverso do chuveiro, quem tiver 1.90m pra cima ficará com joelho encostado na porta do banheiro/vaso. Chuveiro muito bom. A cama é do tamanho casal e fica quase que no chão (estilo japonesa), o que fica ruim pra qm quer uma altura e algo mais confortável, ou tiver problemas na coluna... O atendimento foi razoável (seria de excelência se nao tivessem mentido pra mim). A resolucao de problemas sim foi excelente! Tentei utilizar serviço de quarto para pedir comida e sem sucesso, ja que o site e whatsapp disponibilizado pelo qrcode nao funcionava. Tive problema no quarto e como quarto nao possui telefone tive que tentar fazer contato via whatsapp, porém se sucesso, ja que ninguem respondia. Fiz por telefone e após contato mentiram dizendo que tinham ido e batido na porta do quarto e eu que nao atendi. Tive que ir a recepcao do hotel para ai sim, conseguir a resolucao do problema no quarto... Esse fato sim teve uma resolução e atendimento nesse momento de excelência.
