Spacey room with comfort utilities, great bed, good shower. Breakfast was simple but offering all key ingredientes with excellent quality. Friendly staff, good garage allowing self parking.

Pros: Beds were Comfortable, location and great breakfast. Cons: noisy (need anti noise windows) because next to shopping and very busy street, new towels (they were so old and with stains) and tinted windows because the morning light came through the blackout curtains.

I stayed one night and the experience fell well short of what I’d expect for this hotel’s category. Check-in was slow and bureaucratic, with a longer process than it should be. In the room, the shower has low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, switching between cold and hot without warning. The closet locks are loose and the safe simply doesn’t work. Street noise is also an issue — poor sound insulation. At breakfast, service is slow and buffet items take too long to be restocked — I ended up waiting for food that just didn’t come. For a hotel of this size, it’s surprising there isn’t even a simple espresso machine. The only real bright spot was the valet service, which was fast and efficient. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how this hotel shows up with an “excellent” average rating on Expedia — it doesn’t match the experience I had. Overall, two stars is the most I can give.

Terrible hotel, room dirty , bathroom smell urine, beds cause alergy , sheets unlikely washed and dirty carpet , noise AC over the bed. Room is huge but that’s the only positive. Wouldn’t stay there even for free!!

Room service food was consistently cold and forgot my drink on one occasion. Front desk was very prompt to address any and all concerns. Several workers are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Top floor rooms either have a small bathroom and a balcony, or a window, larger room, and a large bathroom - the balcony is really cool, but the small bathrooms could’ve been a tad bigger.
