"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. "Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung in Mittweida: sauber, modern und mit großzügig geschnittenen Zimmern. Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden."
