I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about it in the AGB or anywhere else. Besides, if they assume, the child is sleeping in the parents bed, why can‘t I book the Double with one Child? I had to prepare the sofabed myself. Concerning the parking situation, we bought a week pass for the „APCOA“ parking within the Roter Turm Galerie which is quite close and was only 40€ per week.
