"We stayed at the hotel with our family and had a truly special experience. We booked a king room for two adults and one child, already expecting that our child would sleep with us. To our surprise, when we arrived, the hotel had prepared an extra bed in the room just for our child. It was such a thoughtful gesture. On top of that, they went even further by providing little slippers, coloring paper, and pencils — small touches that made a big difference and showed genuine care and attention to our child’s comfort. What made it even more special is that we hadn’t requested any of this in advance. It was a lovely surprise and really showed how much the hotel cares about creating a welcoming experience for families. We truly appreciated this extra attention, and it made our stay even more memorable."

"I would highly recommend the Hotel Tofana! My husband and I enjoyed a most outstanding 4 night stay. The whole staff went above and beyond to make it a special and memorable experience for us. I want to give a shout-out to one of the employees in particular: Kristina, the restaurant manager. I have specific dietary restrictions that she made sure were not only accommodated but also left me feeling so very well taken care of by her and the entire restaurant staff. Additionally, the spa was a huge treat for us after a day of skiing. I couldn't more highly recommend it!"
