Fitted kitchen (2.60x3.00) with hatch to dining area (fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and French window to wooden terrace –
Bedroom 1 (2.97x3.70): 1 bed 160.
Bedroom 2 (2.87 x 3.70): 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 (3x2.90) opening onto rear terrace: 1 bed 140
All the rooms have a French window opening onto the outside. Large and beautiful partly covered wooden terrace at the back of the villa with garden furniture - Shower room: washbasin and shower. WC.
Pleasant villa located in a quiet area, in a cul-de-sac and away from the summer bustle - halfway between the shops of Bourg de Soorts and the town center of Hossegor. Nice layout. Partly covered wooden terrace on the back of the villa is a very pleasant place. Household linen is not included in rentals. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
