Located in Soorts-Hossegor, Villa Estrella is the ideal holiday home for a relaxing stay. This 135 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate toilets, and can accommodate up to 8 people. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair. Air conditioning is not available.



Outside, you enjoy a 1,100 m² landscaped garden with a secure pool, terraces, balcony, barbecue, garage, and storage space. The house is very bright thanks to its southwest double exposure and is designed for comfortable indoor and outdoor living. You also benefit from access to a shared fenced pool.



The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, as are restaurants, bars, shops, and public transport. Surf and paddleboard rentals are available nearby, close to La Gravière beach and Hossegor lake (5 minutes on foot). The Capbreton fish market is 15 minutes away by bike, and Hossegor town centre is 5 minutes away. Cycle paths nearby allow you to easily explore the region.



One parking space is available on the property, another in a garage, and free street parking is possible. The property has a secure storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. Families with children are welcome; babysitting services can be offered. Pets and smoking are not allowed. An airport and train station shuttle, bike rental, and surf lessons are available for an extra fee via a local partner.
