And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). "It’s actually one of the most ridiculously overpriced onsen hotel I have ever been. We travel around Japan and have been living in many similar styled ryokans and rarely run into such disappointments. The hotel obviously has dinner option. But neither Expedia nor the hotel provide proper communication for such option. ( Just for comparison, for other hotels that are over 100,000 Yen / night, we always get email communications from the hotels about potential options pre arrival dates). We arrived...
