    A stunning private estate with five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, a pool & hot tub, vineyard views, and a one-of-a-kind vintage camper turned Tequila Bar. Just minutes from the historic plaza. Perfect for the group that wants to actually be together.



    The Space:

    Guests consistently love the outdoor spaces, and it's easy to see why. The pool and hot tub sit at the center of a professionally designed garden with outdoor dining and lounging for everyone. The bocce ball court, basketball, and ping pong keep things lively. And the Tequila Bar, a renovated vintage camper, is the detail that ends up in everyone's photo roll.



    Inside, the main house is open, airy, and comfortable in the ways that matter: open-beam ceilings, a gourmet kitchen guests rave about, French doors opening to the outdoors, and a great room that brings everyone together without feeling crowded.



    This property promotes a private and extravagant stay. Boasting five bedrooms each with a private full bath, king-sized bed, and flat screen. The main house includes four bedrooms and four and a half baths. For flexible sleeping arrangements, one of the main house king beds may be converted into two twin-sized beds upon prior request. The pool house is fully independent with its own kitchen, living area, and ensuite fifth bedroom, ideal for families or guests who want a little extra space. The pool house living room is also equipped with a built-in twin-sized bed.

    This is a quiet neighborhood. The local sound ordinance requires quiet hours from 9pm-10am. All noise must be brought inside at 9pm. Failure to comply could result in eviction without refund.

Amazing Home. better than expected

This home is fantastic, with lots of room and great design; the kitchen is impressive and has everything you need. The beds are great, the bathrooms are super clean, and the Patio, gardens, and pool are just insane, amazing areas. It is also super close to great Sonoma and Napa spots.

Amazing Place

This place is great. The pictures on VRBO do not truly capture the magic of this house. The layout is perfect for a large group of friends/couples. Each room has a nice size en-suite bathroom and king sized bed. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a welcome basket of treats for our group to enjoy. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were all amazing. Lastly, the property manager is very responsive and helpful with any questions you may have. Can’t wait to go back.

The listing was very accurate. This is a very nice, lush, well equipped property. Everything worked well except for the lights above the bocce court. Pool - perfect. Hot tub - perfect. Grill - perfect. Kitchen - perfect. It just a very nice property. The property manager was 100% available and helpful. I will say the warnings about outside noise were not an issue for us at all. We were respectful but did not alter our behavior.

Wonderful experience at Twelve Oaks! We had a group of 10 and this house had everything! Communication with property manager was excellent from the time we booked until the day we left, any question we had were answered within minutes. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back! Highly recommended for a trip to Napa or Sonoma.

A Fabulous Home

This is the most perfect property I have ever stayed in. My husband and I cannot wait to return. The floor plan is open and the bedrooms comfortable. What sets it apart is the outdoor space. We didn’t go out to restaurants at night, preferring instead to have our meals out by the pool or the bocce court or under the tree next to the kitchen. We cannot stop talking about how we wish we were back ther!

This is one of the nicest properties that I have ever stayed at. It had everything from a beautiful yard and pool to a beautifully decorated house to a completely stocked kitchen. It is in a great location for going to downtown Sonoma to eat and or touring all the wineries north of Sonoma. We were a group of seven friends and we had more than enough space. Hopefully I will be able to rent this home again in my lifetime!

Perfect house for couples

We rented Twelve Oaks with four other couples this past fall. The pictures online are beautiful, but seeing the property in person is jaw-dropping. We all were blown away by the meticulous grounds, the countless amenities, the roominess of the bedrooms and living areas, the large kitchen, the pool house... We could not have found a more perfect place to stay. The proximity to Sonoma Plaza and our chosen wineries made it an ideal location for all our plans. The property manager was super responsive when there was a neighborhood wide power outage. Don't miss out on this fantastic home!

We love our stay at 290 Serres, the house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities!

Our group of 8 was very comfortable in the house. We enjoyed all bedrooms having their own bathroom, that was a plus. Downside and only downside was we could not have any music outside at anytime of the day. It really impacted us enjoying outside. We respect not noise after 9pm but it’s ridiculous we could not play any music during the early evening. We’ll be back for sure and play our music inside with the doors open!

Relaxing Retreat in Sonoma

This was the perfect spot for 5 couples to enjoy wine country and some downtime together. We had a wonderful time poolside on our off day and we also had a private chef come to the house. Communication from Breana was great. Beautiful property. We would recommend and stay here again.

Incredible stay at Twelve Oaks

Ten of us traveled to Sonoma and Napa and staying at the Twelve Oaks home in Sonoma made our vacation simply fabulous! The property manager Breanna was so willing to help us plan our trip and she exceeded all expectations. We can't say enough about this magnificent property! There are so many outdoor gathering areas and the grounds are simply beautiful. Everything indoors was comfortable, accessible, elegant and provided all that was needed. This home is a fabulous spot for a large gathering and I would recommend the property highly!

Four Couples on a Tour of Wine Country

All members of our group thought this house was amazing! The kitchen was well-appointed with plenty of plates, pots, pans and utensils. All four couples had a king sized bed and their own bathroom. At our age we are too old to share bathrooms! All the amenities made this the perfect house for friends to gather.

A Bit of Paradise

This oasis was a wonderful addition to our week of wine tasting. The home is wonderful in every way. The kitchen is well appointed with everything one would need, gardens are beautiful, bedrooms/baths are clean and nice. We used the BBQ almost every night. Off street secure parking was a bonus. But it is at the end of a quiet street - and off the beaten path, but close enough to the main roads. I would highly recommend this place! It far exceeded the description and was an amazing place to stay.
