"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. I want to send special thank for kind help and effort to personnel Ivanna and Malique.They were perfect people. But I had a very very bad restaurant experince . The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. "A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."

"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...
