"Check in was a breeze, breakfasts were wonderful. Reception open 24 hours. Pool towels also available. Parking is limited so it can be challenging on weekends and high season to park your rental. A/C worked great. Would recommend!"

"Room was lovely and clean, bed was sooo comfy we slept until 9am every day! Foodie experience was a really fun way to explore the restaurants around the port. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool area is great especially the Bali beds. Spa was nice but wasn’t expecting the additional cost ..."

"Was given a room on the ground floor which had a broken patio door onto the gardens. Informed staff about this at 6pm but it had not been looked at by the time I arrived back at the hotel at 9.30pm. Reception staff then looked at the door and were unable to fix it. I requested to be moved for security ..."
