"Pros: The garden, pool and terrace Cons: On the neighboring property, right next to our house, there were parties and loud conversations at night—sometimes lasting until the early morning hours—involving the people staying there (mostly young people). The manager of Las Brisas told us that the property belongs to a hotelier who uses it to house staff. So I had to go to the place of the parties quite a few times, to tell the people to stop the party so we can get some sleep."
